This is a list of open repeaters. Repeaters that are operational show a green panel, a red panel if not on the air and a yellow panel if operation is less than optimal. Real-time status of most of these repeaters can be viewed on my Allmon site.

Located near Huntington Beach, CA and is part of the AWP system. This is a Open repeater. Coverage Map.

Our two meter repeater is an open machine available to any licensed amateur radio operator. Please feel free to take advantage of the excellent coverage provided by this system.

145.140 is the primary operating frequency for Huntington Beach Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service (HB RACES) and Community Emergency Response Team (HB CERT).

RACES holds weekly nets each Monday at 7:15pm. CERT holds weekly nets each Wednesday at 7:30pm. Visitors are welcome to either of our nets during the visitor check in part of the net.

This repeater in the Huntington Beach city hall basement. Should Santiago fail Huntington automatically switches on providing coverage in and around Huntington Beach.

The system automatically selects the best signal from one of four receiver locations.

  • Woodfern (home of WD6AWP)

We have an Allstar node and an Echolink node on this repeater. The Allstar node is 2532. The Echolink is node WD6AWP-L. The repeater beacons on APRS as WD6AWP-2.

This split frequency pair is to provide EOC coverage to hand held radios without interference from or to the RACES repeater. The P/L tone is on both transmit and receive.

Located near Chatsworth, CA and is part of the AWP system. This is a Open repeater. .

Installed 2016/07/31. Channel is cooridnaited to Jim WB6NIL. It is permanently linked to the SoCal hub with a PTT activated 15 minute timer.
